TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
Customers can cancel their reservation at any time, as long as the cancellation is made within the time frame indicated at the time of booking. The terms of free cancellation can be found in the “My Bookings” section of the Villa Ada website and in the email received at the time of booking.
If the cancellation is made within the free cancellation period, the customer will not have to pay any amount. Cancellations can be made directly from the “My Bookings” section of the Villa Ada website.
If the cancellation is made after the free cancellation period, the customer will have to pay the full amount of the stay. Payment will be automatically charged to the credit card saved at the time of booking on the date of expiry of the free cancellation term.
If the automatic debit fails, the customer will have to pay the amount within the same day. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
In order to avoid the possible failure automatic debit of the reservation and the loss of the reservation, the customer is invited to pay the amount of the stay before the automatic debit takes place.
EARLY DEPARTURE
In case of early departure, before the end of the booked stay, Villa Ada will charge the cost of the entire stay.
PRIVACY POLICY
The customer expressly declares that he/she has read and read the information on the processing of personal data indicated in the Privacy Policy, giving his/her consent to the processing of the customer/s’ data for the purpose of carrying out the necessary procedures for the stay in Villa Ada
PROHIBITIONS & PENAL
The use of stoves, open flames, candles and irons is forbidden in the rooms, in compliance with current fire laws. Smoking is also prohibited inside the property. Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas of the garden or on the balconies of the rooms. If a guest smokes in the room, a cleaning fee of 20% of the cost of the stay will be charged, however, not less than Euro 100.
DAMAGES
The eventual material damage that the customer may cause to the structure, rooms, furnishings and external lighting, etc., will be charged during the balance of the stay directly by debiting the credit card under the heading “DAMAGE COMPENSATION”.
DAMAGE COMPENSATION
The valuation of the charge is solely the responsibility of Villa Ada which will subsequently document the costs of the damage items with the relevant accounting documents. An increase of 15% will be applied to the total amount charged for damages as compensation for moral and image damage.
